"I’ve been here twice and have been disappointed both times. A standard gel manicure here takes around 90 minutes and you have to listen to a woman watch very loud YouTube videos on her phone the whole time. My last gel manicure looked awful. My nails were bubbly and bumpy and the polish was extremely thick. I went back to get it fixed but unfortunately didn’t have the time to wait, though even if I did I’m not sure they would have looked much better. The sign by the door also says a gel manicure is $35 and they charged me $40 before tip. $40 is still a good price (though not for what I got) but consistent advertising would be appreciated"

"In response to the owner: I did not dispute the tip I included. The dispute was for the nail services only. You did not provide appropriate services or assistance after I came back the second time. And yes, I requested for you to remove the nails after I sat there and repeatedly explained to you my concerns. Why would I sit there and allow you to "fix" something that you didn't comprehend or continued to say nothing was wrong? **Update** I first called in attempt to fix things with the owner Cindy. When I called and asked to speak with her, she answered the call with: "What do you want." I explained to her how I wasn't satisfied with the services hoping that she'd accommodate me correctly. I went back to the salon thinking that she'd fix my nails herself and she didn't. She saw my nails and immediately said nothing was wrong while being loud for the entire salon to hear. You could look at them and tell the differences and issues. She made me sit in her chair to begin to remove the dip powder. After a few minutes she made me move to another seat to service someone else. Rule #1 and common sense as the owner- If someone comes back due to poor service, you should make it a priority to fix the issue yourself instead of sending them back to the original person. Second, Cindy attempted to take pictures of me while sitting in the chair. What type of person do you think I am!? She went on to say that she knew I'd go somewhere else and have them fix it. FYI- I went home with unfixed nails! You're better off not assuming. How you treat customers goes a long way. I'll never return or recommend anyone to your unprofessional and most likely racist establishment. Original Post I'm leaving this review in hopes that it'll be taken into consideration. Today was my fourth time visiting this salon. I come every two weeks for dip manicures and pedicures. I have nothing but good things to say regarding the lady that provides pedicures. She's very nice, doesn't rush, and friendly. Aaron has done my dip manicures each time and I get the feel that nails aren't a big deal to him. I've either been rushed during services or he seems to become annoyed when I ask for two top coats on my nails. I ask for that due to the dip polish peeling before return for services in two weeks. Today, he finished my nails and I sat in my car only to realize two were without top coat. I came back in and politely asked if he could fix them and add a second layer of top coat to all of my nails to prevent me coming back. He fixed one nail and seemed annoyed when I pointed out the second nail. When I asked if he could do all of the nails he refused and said to come back if my nails peel for more top coat instead of getting a new set each time. Two things: 1. I'm a paying customer just like anyone else who comes through the doors. 2. If I choose to receive nail services every two weeks, that's my priority and business as long as I pay for the services rendered. This is how you loose good customers. The location is convenient and the shop is very well maintained but please make sure the salon is staffed with workers who actually want to be there."

"Wonderful staff! They made me feel very comfortable & were gentle on the nails. I had a full set of nails put on along with an eye brow wax. Reasonably priced! I'll be back!"
