"My daughter and I both went in for scalp message treatments. Hers was great mine however was basically throw oil on my hair, sit with warm towel for 10 minutes and wash..my daughter got vigorous massage, brush and even hand message..I paid $100.00 for a hair wash.. it was more a sales pitch for products than an actual treatment. It was defintly NOT a pleasant experience. Also I never leave reviews but this was so disappointing on so many levels"
"I had to switch salons bc the one I was going to closed. Picked Neroli bc it was close and I had gone there years ago. I've gone twice and I love working with Audrey. She listens to what I want and if she thinks something won't work she tells me why. I'm 76 and don't want a grandma haircut. She makes sure I don't get one. Next visit we're going to freshen up my highlights. Was going to go with 1 color but she thinks I would look good with 2."
"This Neroli in Brookfield is by far my favorite for hair and spa services, even though I've had great experiences at the downtown location as well. I see Heather for my hair and she does an unbelievable job with both the color and cut. The spa area is beautifully appointed and I've had great services from Bridgette, one of the Brookfield estheticians. Highly recommend!"
"Friendly and fun staff. Very professional. Massage therapist are amazing. I love Neroli. I enjoy a steaming shower after a good massage! There prices have gone up a little from before but we'll worth it!"
"The spa is very calming and relaxing. You feel special the moment you walk in. Marisa is an amazing massage therapist. I enjoyed conversation as well as the treatment she provided. She is very gifted in her energy and knowledge. Neroli is lucky to have her as one of their massage therapists. I will be back for sure."
