"I went to the ER last night what's severe pain down both arms, neck sholders and back. For the first 15 minutes the care and compassion I received was outstanding. After 2 more hours and being totally ignored I still was refused pain medication or a muscle relaxer to give me some relive. After begging 3 nurses I was offered ibuprofen or tylenol. Really??? Unbelievable!!! I had to return home to care for myself. Waste of time! Not compassionate or sympathetic to my situation at all. So dissapointeded!"
