"Appointments not honored. Cut my own nails under fill and told me I was picky and to go somewhere else. Same owner at several of these shops whose managers seem to marry and bring in new techs and no communication skills. Used a "post it" and glue as form. Then tried to leave yellow post it on natural nails."

"I was disappointed with my acrylic. I came in for a fill and explained that some of them were lifting and needed to be fixed.. they did not fix them and just filled over the lifting. When I went to a new salon they noticed the lifting right away and tried to patch it up the best they could. They even asked where I got them done before because they noted how bad they were… Whole chunks came out in the middle of my nail when they were fixing them. I now need to pay to get them soaked off and a new set because they did not correctly fix it when I asked. This because I do not want mold and bacteria to stick underneath the acrylics due to the lifting in the begging never being addressed. Additionally, the man that did my nails the first time painted away from the cuticle and made them look grown out and he kept making me change my design and would not listen to what I wanted."

"Im disgusted with the service there. They were mad at me because my friend was paying for me that day and apparently they dont like when customers pay for others. Never going there again. and trust me, The workers dont know how to do ur nails what so ever. mine ripped off 2 days later. Theres also a guy who works there that keeps insisting on putting glitter when you never asked for glitter. He also makes ur nails way to long."

"My friend and I paid 375 for pedicures which was way more then their website listed their prices.. and within 3 days my toes have already chipped. I did not do anything to cause them to chip but it's extremely disappointing for the amount it cost..."
