"Today my 10 year old had the pleasure of meeting Danielle. My son is ALL BOY, that doesn't care about his hair style and doesn't like going to get his hair trimmed. He would rather go to the dentist than getting his hair cut. "To bad ! They make me wait into last minute to tell me to leave the place , after I show up 15 mint before my appointment, an appointment that I reserve early afternoon and I came from far away to get my hair cut …. Cheap and bad service , PLEASE DO NOT COME , is a bad place !"
"I tried to give y’all a second chance and I fully regret it. The picture is what I left with… Uneven lines and best of all not what I asked for. Everything that was cut off of the back of my head fell out of my ponytail after I took it down. My hair was 11”+ down to the bottom of my hairline only on the back of my head. That is over a years worth of hair growth cut off after very simple instructions that any trained beautician could have followed. I asked for my sides to be tapered from a 2 to no guard. We spoke on what I meant by no guard and went on our way. She trimmed the sides of my hair And I was hopeful. She then took the clippers with the 2 guard still on it to the back of my head and I pulled away to clarify that I keep the back long. She said I understand and then CONTINUES cutting the back of my hair. Not sure how you were given directions 3 times and failed but I promise I won’t be returning for a 3rd time, and I fully I destranco why your wait was an hour less than everywhere else in town. If you care about you’re hair PLEASE DONT GO HERE!"
