"I am so grateful to have nurse Ray and Brea help my mom today they went above and beyond to make sure she is cared for correctly thanks for helping my mom in her time of need Brea and Ray are such sweethearts"
"My dad came in today with popped sutures in his mouth. We spent 11.5 hours, waiting on someone to order labs, to get him sewn back up, he was improperly numbed, sewn by a resident from another hospital without any pain management, the brown haired nurse had no bedside manner. Afterwards, we had to wait an hour for pain medication. You can’t treat people like this Kaiser! Do better!"
"This ER is the worst hospital in USA 2 times in week with same problem Test again and lap again.. so they can charge Medicare mo money , the nurse she yank my IV out of my arm i was bleeding so much do to my health condition. How she become nurse and best exam… I don’t know Staff unprofessional , doctor not experience But if you homeless drug addicted , you can get in easy with full service. I don’t have anything against homeless or drug addiction…I’m just saying it’s about the money to charge the government I’m changing my health care as march first"
"LVN Brittney S - in Bldg C, Floor 4- is one of the unkindest , unemotional, uncaring LVNs with the worst bedside manner i had ever met or witnessed. She treated my elderly, sick father with little empathy, and blatantly disregarded his pain & discomfort when taking out his catheter earlier today. Not only did she treat him like a number, but the worst part was that she didn't even add numbing cream to help ease the pain & procedure, just took it out!! What a careless person, and i pray no one ever treats her family this way in a hospital. Our parents are some of the most important people in our lives, and when they are elderly, sick, in pain and uncomfortable, our heart brakes. My father came home in so much pain. As any medical prof, anLVN, you know better, you need to do better, and you need to care more. If you can't, then you need to find a new job. Treat our loved ones with more compassion & care than what you showed today. Very disappointed & heartbroken."
"I pay roughly $20k/year to have health insurance here for my family even though not one of us has seen a doctor in 4+ years. Ok I get it. But my wife had a serious medical issue a couple nights ago so I drove her to emergency. She’s sobbing uncontrollably and we’re waiting in line. My wife was unable to speak, I began to tell the triage nurses what was going on and she gave me a “shhh” with one finger held up. “Let her speak for herself” she says. I look over my wife can’t speak, she’s sobbing and hyperventilating. Nurse says “ok fine what’s going on?” As she looks at me in frustration and I continue to describe the problem after unnecessarily wasting time. We take a seat and then security tells me I have to leave because they don’t allow support people there. So my wife is left alone, bleeding, and crying as I’m being escorted out. Despicable. This was our only hospital experience in almost 5 years. A month later I jump through all the steps for the vasectomy process (consent form, videos, etc). I get an email to call urology and schedule the procedure. The lady FLIPS OUT, and yells at me on the phone for calling (like the email told me to. She said we are “too backed up to even make appointments and we’ll call you back in maybe 5 months.” I ended up just paying $800 bucks to have it done at a private clinic and had a wonderful experience. After giving these people about $100,000 in the last five years, for no good reason that I can see, It is time to cut ties with Kaiser. Thanks for nothing."
