"This was my first time to Rancho Springs. Hysterectomy surgery. Everyone was very friendly and attentive and organized. Nurses took great care of me and made me feel comfortable. Thank you to the entire staff who helped me with my visit. Great job! ☺️"
"The staff at Rancho Springs was very kind and gentle. They were all very considerate. My comfort was always a priority. They educated me every step of the way. Very professional. I would definitely go back there for any future procedures.,"
"All the people who helped me were extremely friendly and very nice and helpful. No complaints at all. The only thing I would have liked is permission to have someone stay overnight in my room like other hospitals do. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay. Thanks for that."
"The provider that evaluated my 19 year old daughter in the ER seemed annoyed and almost dismissive that Urgent Care sent her the hospital with a referral because they weren't equipped for the treatment she required. Luckily, the two nurses working in the IV room were so caring and attentive to my daughter. Especially the RN named Layne. She was so kind and compassionate with all the patients in there receiving IV treatments. The trip to the ER was unexpectedly positive all thanks to Layne on the graveyard shift. Thanks a bunch!"
"I had a deep laceration on my finger due to slicing it on a mandolin. Doctor who checked me in explained what she was to perform but didn’t relay the procedure to the nurse who skipped step 1 of numbing the finger in order to remove the gauze I came in which was stuck to the wound, performed the blood clot procedure to stop the bleeding, and gauzed it again with immense pressure to stop the bleeding. On a level of 1-10, I was at a 20 and felt like fainting a few times. I had conveyed the pain at check in as an 8 and also expressed to the doctor and nurse. I spent another 10/15 minutes with my finger feeling like it was on fire until the doctor came in to inject the ladicane after I questioned why if I was already in pain would they treat the wound without any pain medication. I gave birth to our son at Rancho and have had nothing but nice things to say but yesterday when I came to the ER I was failed by the staff on the floor."
