"It's taken me sometime to write this review after my mom's passing. I won't go into detail here, but I highly do not recommend this place. My mom suffered a lot here and her death was unexpected and sudden. She was not well taken care of here and I hope people see this and do not allow their family members to be transferred here. That is all I will say on here. Do not recommend. I wish everyone better care and health ✨"

"i am appalled at the care and the office staff of this facility. A patient can call a nurse and still not have any help hours later. They let patient seat in their own feces for hours. It is inhumane. The office staff is worse, from the case managers all the way up to the COO. They are just there to collect a paycheck. In trying to find Information on a loved one I have hung up on many times, or not even the curtesy of a call back. Ms Domingo, thinks she is above it all and hung up on my attorney. The audacity of these people! They should have one of their loved ones admitted and be treated the way they treat the families. Then maybe things would change. I would run from this "hospital""

"I can’t believe how poorly this location is ran. I’ve never understood how a “Hospital” could treat their patients so poorly. Over all experience with this facility has been a nightmare, from coordinating X-rays to dialysis. Again, this place is not for anyone you love. It’s clear that the office staff is just there to collect a check. One hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. Posting this review as a warning to you. Stay away!!!"

"We would like to express our appreciation for exceptional and outstanding care from Nurse Elsa and her team (Third floor, Westminster location). Elsa treated our Dad and other patients with her caring heart. She is an Angel that God sent to help the patients. Elsa is an amazing Nurse. She is the BEST. Kindred Hospital in Westminster is very lucky to have Elsa and her team."
