"the only good thing about this place is that they got my appointments at time, but one of the staff was just rude even though I wasn't doing anything. I was just signing paperwork, but the staff member was like "you're 18, you can do your own papers now" in a rude tone throughout my appointment, like I'm aware that I'm an adult now, but I didn't deserve to get this attitude just because I just turned 18. Although my appointment was quick for 15 minutes, I wish I didn't get any attitude and was treated normally without any unnecessary comments about my age."

"DO NOT COME HERE! I’ve been to a lot of Quest around the area and this is by far THE WORST! I had an appointment at 940 and wasn’t called until 1030. When I finally got called back the worker didn’t even know how to do my test and I had to wait even longer for her to go ask someone. I’ve never had such terrible service. Steer clear of this place. I also noticed they had at least 5 people scheduled for appointmentss at 940. Then the front desk lady disappears for 25 minutes. Just help yourself and go somewhere else"

"I had a quick and simple procedure. They gave me two hours to wait, I went and had a wonderful breakfast, came back, peed in a cup, went directly in and had HONG give me the best blood draw I have ever had (I'm 75). and he was pleasant and informative. Wish I could get him all the time."

"The service is much improved today (September 16, 2021) compared to a few months ago. Not sure if it's due to the fact that they are having a survey rating initiative going on or just different personnel. The front desk staff (Ivy) was very positive, friendly, and helpful to patients checking in with the electronic pad. She went around her desk and helped some patients having trouble with the electronic pad. Her tone of voice was energetic, friendly, and pleasant. Even the back office (Tracy--the phlebotomist) was friendly. Not a busy day (Thu morning), but they have served 75 people so far she replied. And it's only 10:30 AM. Overall, it was pleasant and non-rushed. Staffs seem to like their jobs unlike previously."
