"Hello - I am very disappointed with Dr Daniel Su service because my MRI result was sent to his office on 06FEB24 and I have called his office multiple times between 06FEB to 14FEB and asked for someone to explain to me the results. I left multiple phone messages and still being ignored . Not to mention their phone service is extremely poor . It is takes a long long time to be connected to someone after being transferred from one option to another . And then once get connected that someone cannot help either. Overall very poor service for patients."

"The Hoag Hospital is good hospital. This hospital treats patients and doctors nurses well. You feel good seeing the doctors nurses. I want to get all my health care at hospital when I see doctor nurse at the hospital. You can feel better and get healthy when you see doctors nurses at the hospital. You should not have to see other doctor nurse after you go to hospital. The hospital can do everything you need as patient doctors nurses. Abdull"

"I'm an employee and had to go to the ER unfortunately for a non employee issue. From check in to check out everyone was super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Anthony the ER tech for talking football with me while I was nervous. Jennifer the RN in triage and Dr. Ross were super helpful and cracking jokes with me. Cynthia the PA and Pretty the RN were wonderful when I got to the back. They helped me understand my diagnosis and my next steps and all staff really made the hours feel less (They were very busy of course) thanks for all you do! -Emily"

"I highl recommend Hoag Hospital in Irvine for any Emergency visits. Absolute 10/10 ER best ever medical experience. Our UCI Irvine doctor referred me to Hoag in Irvine as the preferred Hospital for ER. From 11am to 6pm my lovely wife and I were treated with the most caring professional nurses staff and doctors upon arrival all the way to the evening. Please bring your own water and snacks recommended. Many well done professional tests were needed along with consultation talks with the medical experts. Then an amazing procedure by Doctor Ahmed in the evening made me all healthy again. Reed was amazing and wish him plus Ahmed and all the wonderful amazing medical professionals at Hoag ER - all the best! PS. They even have valet parking for the unfortunate patients who were having trouble walking to the ER. Amazing."

"A total of three people came to take the blood sample so that my dad can further do the checks. At first it was an intern and then maybe a head nurse? After they had taken four injections and still couldn't get any blood, they called a savvy docter. However, the doctor still couldn't draw any blood after two shots. Finally they gave up and told us to find a nearby lab to draw blood without taking any responsibility for his wounds. And my dad's arm is still hurting now. We are very mad and disappointed with this hospital."
