"Trying to get ahold of somebody in this office is difficult. My husband was recently hospitalized two days (Saturday) prior to his procedure. I waited until Monday and tried to call and let them know that he couldn't make his appointment at 7:30 am. When I called I got a recording with several options. I selected option 5 which was supposed to direct me to a line where I could leave a message. I was directed to an automated operator and told to call back at 8:00 am because the office was closed. I had to call back and actually had to talk to an operator at the answering service and gave him the information. I would like to make a suggestion that if somebody has an appointment at 7:30 am that somebody should be in the office with the ability to answer the phones at LEAST an hour before regular office hours."
