"The service for this being a Cardiology center is absolutely atrocious. You’ll probably die before they can get you a follow up, not to mention they’ll reschedule it 10 -15 times the day before. Save yourself the frustration if you can."

"If I was ever in the ER, I would be so lucky to get a Dr as good as Dr Schmidt, however as his patient under his care at his office it sucks. Long wait times, office staff calls the day before to change your Appointment and you have to wait 6- 9 weeks to get it rescheduled. This happened for a 3rd time in a row to me today and I give up. I need to be under care and will probably take a turn for the worst while waiting to get in again. I actually had to drive over and pick up my Echo test results and take it to another doctor to get the results explained to me. Terrible office staff they just don’t care. Like I said, Dr Schmidt is top notch doctor but go Somewhere else if you need follow up care"

"My grandmother is wheelchair bound, so it costs her $170 for transportation. On the day of her appointment which I made sure she was at, I was told that Dr Wang had an emergency at the hospital so we had to reschedule. No other doctor could see her. Although I do not believe it since they tried to get us to come in earlier the day before, I respondedfor a telephoneappointment. Luckily the transportation took some pity on us and charged $95 instead. Now I'm waiting for a telephone appointment and it looks like Dr Wang is going to be a no show again. We better not be charged for this."

"We are new patients to the practice. After seeing Dr Obed in the hospital we had follow up appointment. This was to be Phone appointment. After confirming the appt twice the time came and went and no call. Call was rescheduled for the next week and again no call from the Dr at the appointment time. He did call later. Now my husband next appointment is 6 months out. His blood pressure still has high readings. In addition they were supposed to renew my husbands prescription and that did not occur. Now I am calling them on a Friday trying to get a renewed prescription before the weekend and run out of medication. I don't feel this Dr is invested in my husbands health and well being. Staff cuts you off mid sentence and transfers you to an extension. I do not recommend this Office or staff and suggest you find a Dr. with the time and interest in caring for you and a staff that listens."
