"So unprofessional and a bunch of airheads. I understand there are walk ins and scheduling. I sit and wait a hour and a half and witness people that sign in after me get called up before me. When going to the front desk to ask what's up. No one had any idea who was doing what. I don't even think they called my name and if they did no one could hear it due to the music being blasted. So you'd think the barber calling the names would check with people right? No he just skips and goes to the next. I've only ever gone here for convenience anyway which by the way each time I also waited over a hour. The barbers here always seem like they got something better to do. If you want to wait forever for a halfway decent haircut go here. No wonder you guys are always hiring. Crappy and unprofessional."

"OMG I sent my two son's in there cuz I was recommended to the place.never again! POOR customer service in shop by stylist. They had to go to their original stylist who was too busy to cut their hair which we should because they had to fix screw up that your style did. And I raise my sons to tip well. That truly was observed because they paid good money for a haircut and didn't get one."
