"I have been here twice now, first time I went to Margo and she was amazing! My hair wasn't in *quite* the state it was in this time when I saw her (about a year ago) but she did an awesome job and gave me exactly what I asked for! She was very fun to talk to and gave great advice on how to care for my hair at home. This time I went to Melissa, and she was absolutely awesome. She did an amazing job getting me to what I wanted (I had a picture) even with my hot mess of multicolored/multi-tiered hair!! Both times, I took whoever was available on the day the urge struck to get my hair done, and I have not been disappointed either time. Also of note, both stylists mentioned that Serenity is a really great place to work, and I found that it really shows with how I have been treated both times and how genuinely happy and fun the entire staff seems. Next time I get "the urge for hair transformation", I definitely know where to go!"

She got it spot on, blended and you can't tell I got it colored - it looked amazing! I didn't book a trim but she did my edges like I asked too. "My experience here was amazing from beginning to end. From walking into the front desk, I requested certain things and was asked by not 1 but 2 people what exactly I needed so they could try to accommodate that. My stylist explained what I wanted would take not one but two sessions due to the color of my hair and what I wanted done to it right away so I knew what to expect. In my humble but honest opinion all stylists should get a therapy service charge with what people tell them, but she was so nice, she knew what she was talking about. My hair is gorgeous, I can’t wait to finish it. All in all I’m pretty sure I found my new stylists and with that I’ll also say don’t always go with how many years experience makes the stylist because Amy clearly has passion for what she’s doing and it came out in my hair today.
