Years ago when I previously had balls drilled, those shops did little more than drill the balls for correct hole diameters and hand span. Jerry, however, made sure my hand and fingers were correctly placed, making adjustments, and rechecked each time. When the drilling was done, he took me to a lane and made sure that the ball was a good match, then coached me through stance and delivery. I live 80 miles away, but the experience made the drive worthwhile. When I am ready to buy a new ball, I will return."
