"I love Kaiser's integrated care and I love my primary care doc, Dr. Lin. I love the way I can go from his office to the Injection Clinic for a tetanus booster and the fact that I was able to get it even though it won't be 10 years until November. I like that my cell phone number is enough to check me in when I space out and forget my card and haven't memorized the number. It would have been nice if I'd been given a heads up about the construction before arriving. Check in was a little confusing, since I didn't notice signs telling me to check in on the ground floor, but a nice person on the 3rd floor showed me where to check in. It was a longer wait time than usual, but I'm not bothered by that."
