"Without you guys I wouldn't be so close to going home. I remember waking up and the nurses around me told me I was at Kindred Hospital and that I had a stroke. I was real combative. I remember pulling out a rubber balloon but it was my peg tube. The nurse was patient with me. I look forward to coming to the gym for my therapy. I can now stand up with help. I was able to visit my son. And family. Thank you to the therapy staff, especially Joaquin Nikil Bennet veronica Sam and Carly. And Curtis. Amazing team."
"My recovery here has been great. The therapy team is amazing, patient, and caring. I now can talk, eat, and walking around. I got to visit my dogs in a long time and during therapy able to walk them. Thank you Anna, Caitlyn, Carly, Suzanne, Veronica, nikil, Joaquin and Bennet. The hospital food isn’t great but I’m glad I can finally eat. The department has great equipment and staff is knowledgeable. Veronica and Anna, and Bennet are a pleasure. Nursing is very responsive. Bennika was on top of it and always available."
"everybody treat me nice. Carly( speech) is extremely nice. she is the first one to give me ice and help me talk again. she made it come true. i like PT with Anna and Summer. i now walk and do stairs. Veronica makes me happy and enjoy therapy. Nurses are good"
"If I could give it negative stars I would! My mother was a patient there and my siblings and I were with her from beginning of visiting hours to the end every single day for about 42 days!! Worst days of our lives! So disappointed in the “rehabilitation” this place provides! They don’t really care for patients to do better, a couple of days after the patient arrives the family is given a list of places to choose from to go after they leave kindred, in other words, they have no intention of rehabilitating the patient, and that should have been the first sign for us to take our mom somewhere else but we were hopeful and didn’t, In the time she was there they left my mom unattended on the commode (after visiting hours) and she fell while on the vent and attached to and iv, I witnessed an employee push another patient! And was told by a nurse to basically mind my own business, this place is filthy! Fecal matter on the walls, urine smell in the rooms! We cleaned the room my mom was in daily ourselves! This place is understaffed! The drs have brief (2min) visits with the patients, they walk in grab their stethoscope and walk out, so make your questions or concerns quick because they are in a hurry always! The only good thing about this place are the Respiratory therapists, Saranya, Anthony, Fabian, and Scott! They were kind, patient, very attentive, caring and answered all our questions, the PTs, Anna and Jeff, thank you very much for your patience and kindness with my mom, my mom is now home as we refused to send her to yet another “rehabilitation” location as advised by kindred, there are so many things wrong with place I’m surprised it’s still in business,"
