"I am very, very impressed with The Rug Mine!! I received my rug today and I am THRILLED!! It is beautiful and fits my space perfectly!! Their customer service is top notch and the rugs are great quality! I found the rug I loved on their website, chatted with Nargis online about the specifics of the rug, and she even FaceTimed me to show details and discuss other questions I had!! I was super impressed! It is hard to find an online company that truly cares about the customer’s experience. I recommend this company 100%!! Both Quality and price point are top notch!!"

"I am very pleased with this shop and my purchase. The owner Nargis was prompt to reply to all of my questions and took additional photos of a few rugs I was interested in. Once my order was placed, I received regular email updates. I also received my new rug very quickly. I wish I had taken photos of the packaging. The rug was wrapped up with a beautiful note. I couldn't wait to unfold the rug. The rug was more gorgeous than the photos and was surprisingly soft given I ordered a Kilim. The colors and the craftsman ship are exceptional on this rug. I also feel better about the purchase knowing Nargis engages in fair trade practices. I am an experienced purchases of rugs. All the rugs in my home are hand knotted or hand woven and vegetable dyed. I have had experience with a few other rug shops. The rug Mine was by far the best experience I have had to date. I am planning on purchasing more rugs from Nargis. My mother also bought a small vacation home near where I live, and I have been reviewing the current rugs, as I will encourage my mother to also purchase these high quality rugs ."

"I spent 2 months searching through well over a thousand rugs before I stumbled across The Rug Mine and found exactly what I was looking for. The owner, Nargis, and her associate, Maisy, were an absolute pleasure to work with! They were very friendly, personable, and quick to respond to my many questions. After purchase, we received the rug within a few days. It looks exactly like the pictures, which has not always been the case when I’ve ordered online in the past. "I love my new rug! Nargis was friendly, quick to respond to my questions and extremely helpful online. Since I live nearby, I made an appointment to go into the showroom to see the rugs in person. The video/pictures she has posted are fantastic - a visit to the showroom or a Facetime is even better. She helped me narrow down a few choices from online and decide which would go with my furniture. This particular rug that I bought is not quite as finely knotted as some of her other rugs. This is lucky for me because I have senior dogs who need a little traction under their feet. The rug can look dramatic from one vantage point and pale and soft from the other.
