"I bought a set of benches (800 bucks) from the store. When assembling them at home, I realized the one of the holes was in the wrong place and would not fit the screw. It was a few millimeters off. When I called to report the issue, there was nothing they could do for me to rectify the issue promptly. I offered to drive the faulty piece over to the store immediately to exchange it, but they stated they could not do that because they needed to deal with their vendor. I explained that I understood their needs but reminded them that they were my vendor. Nothing changed their ability to provide me with the right furniture piece. They told me to email them a picture and then didn’t respond to that and explained I would have to wait. Needing the furniture that day, I had to get a contractor to fix the furniture piece since they refused to give me the proper piece. I am so disappointed in Living Spaces. They were unapologetic and not helpful in correcting the issue. Buying furniture from a dependable store would be helpful in the future to avoid unnecessary hassles."

"Several years ago I made an attempt of purchasing at Living Spaces, and it did not go well, sales person was able to help me select furniture for a master bedroom, individual bedroom furniture and a dining table set. Unfortunately they had limited logistic options that did not work for me as a customer, I ended up buying elsewhere the furniture. Gave them a second chance this time and had a much better experience, sales person was helpful and provided great recommendations for the living room furniture. Bought a set and they somehow improved their shipping logistics by giving you better options that fit the customer schedule. Great job!"
