"Red Wing boot store in downtown Red Wing, MN. I would recommend this store. Friendly knowledgeable staff and an extremely good selection. Scored a Good buy in the basements outlet center. Fun historical museum as well."
"I have a pair of redwings for over a2 yrs now and I really like them, but they obviously needs to figure out how to keep the soles from having air pockets or then just deteriorating,,mine have a big hole in the sole and it's not from wearing thru... They are my everyday work shoes. So they get alot of miles...RW. Get to work figuring out and make them better!"
"Never ever buy redwing shoes, look what happen to my shoes, the bottom dissolved. Who makes a shoe like this. Plus they just took down the photo. Customer service emailed me and stated; "There is not a recall on your boots." So, this is normal for boots to just dissolve. What do you think... any management want to say anything.. step up, stand behind your product."
"Red wing just lost a customer due to warranty protocols or the way they allow the stores to handle them. Bought a pair of Red Wing Irish setters back in April 2018. The liner messed up around the 6 months mark and they exchanged them out for a new pair. Easy enough. Then 6 months later the stitching in the back at the heel comes apart leaving a hole. I figured since this pair was only six months old that they could get repaired or replaced. Not the case. I was told that since it was 3 days past the one year mark of the 1st pair that there was nothing that they could do. I loved the boots and hated that they messed up but was going to stick with them. Not after I found out that they only last 6 months at $200+ a pop with a terrible warranty. I'll be taking my hard earned money elsewhere."
"I got a great pair of boots at the factory seconds sale. I'm on my second pair of Red Wings. I bought my first pair 20 years ago. They are still very comfortable after 20 years."
