"I appreciated them squeezing us in on short notice. My son had a cough for 2 weeks and although he seemed well it would be worse at night and I needed him checked out before the weekend. Everything was a smooth process from calling in, check in, and the visit with the Dr. Hernandez. Very clean. No pressure to wear a mask. Dr Hernandez is very child friendly made the visit fun for my 4 year old and I picked up on some fun communication skills to use at home with him. I was reassured he is in great health and that these coughs are now lingering from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. She was very informing. Found his nose looked irritated and suggested zertex. I started him on some genetic alternative and on day 2 he slept for the 1st time without coughing. Could be a coincidence but now after 2 weeks of honey and other methods. I will definitely use the allergy medicine the next time he has that horrible cough and see if we have the same outcome. Very thankful for Dr Hernandez and her team at Kaiser."

He was informed, personable and easy to understand and quick to explain in terms I understood. We agreed on a treatment plan and I left very happy with the whole appointment. It was a new experience to see his military service displayed on his white coat but I did not salute."
