Clarissa went above and beyond in Customer service to help me activate another phone line on my husband’s business phone after he accidentally dropped in the lake. She navigated what needed to be done on the phone with their Customer service, so I didn’t have to try to figure it out. It was so awesome and saved so much time! "Walking into a phone store has never been a great experience for me. Every time I go in to a location i feels like I’m dealing with car salesman always trying to get me into something that I don’t really need. However, my experience with the ladies that work there was amazing. They talk to me about all different kinds of phones, and I never felt pressured into getting anything that I didn’t need. My mom was actually the one who told me to come into this location as she had to work with them before and honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever be going to a different Verizon store. The girls who work at this location are truly phenomenal and so well trained and just have such great personalities. Honestly, I’d pay just to come have a conversation with them. They made my phone shopping experience. The best experience left with a smile."
