"Staff needs to be trained on hospitality and communication skills, they are rude and with no human side. On top of that they don’t communicate with each other, called yesterday for an appointment they told me to call back today at 7:30 am and when I called they said they started at 7 am and were all booked already. With all the important wineries and organizations supporting this clinic they should hire and train better their receptionist. If there were more options I would never go back to Ole."
"I have too many experiences that justify this rating to mention here. The supposed owners response to many of these reviews is a joke to a point that's like spitting in our face. I am at risk of being held in contempt of court if I don't get things from the doctor that they could easily and quickly do but will not without an appointment. It has been impossible to get an appointment though now for many months. Each time now again and again and again they straight up tell me there are no appointments in the foreseeable future and to try back again in a few weeks to see if they've been able to fix anything. They refuse to give me a letter or any type of verification that they cannot do their job and that I cannot get help to show that I've been trying and that I've done my part. It is so sad and also unacceptable to see these ratings and reviews from a place and people that we are all counting on so deeply. This Healthcare system is not only broken but out of control. Imagine how the doctors who actually care feel who are stuck in the middle of this. Good luck!"
"I haven't gone to this clinic since they kicked me out. I feel people should know years ago they diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. The pain I had to endure was unforgettable. All they did was drug me so bad that the medications they put me on turned out to be a cocktail of potential death. Took them almost a year to refer me to a neurologist where that diagnosis stuck. Which ultimately ruined my life because I had to continue to find a new doctor that would listen to me and no one would listen after pressing for years for a MRI scan turned out this whole entire time my spinal cord was being compressed. I had to endure all of this pain this entire time because of being misdiagnosed. If the doctors at Ole health actually cared I wouldn't have had to endure all of this gaslighting abuse and sigma of its all in your head by doctors, family members, freinds. Please listen to your bodies. If you feel there's something more get a second opinion don't let them choose your fate! Also they misdiagnosed my father which turned out he is also suffering with something similar! Be careful with this clinic because all they want to do is take your money and insurance! Most of the doctors there are not really trying to help you!"
"The staff really seems to care & I had a positive experience here with my provider. She took my concerns seriously & I got the help I needed. The negative seems to stem from bad tech. I can't access my patient portal b/c it doesn't recognize my patient info (name, birthdate) which is the same info I verify in person at the clinic & works just fine there. I never receive any email alerts or a link to reset my portal password. I signed up to have the office automatically call me when my turn in line was up but I never got a call...just a voice-mail saying I missed my call (My phone never rang & the missed call wasn't in my log, super weird) I was also given a number & extension to call, but whenever I called & entered the extension my call was immediately dropped. Again, the staff do great but can only do so much. Being short staffed in what I assume is an underfunded facility in post covid times is nothing short of a challenge to say the least. Maybe working out some bugs/kinks in their online systems may make communication a bit more seamless."
"Nightmare is the best description. Getting an appointment is next to impossible. Getting into see the doctor impossible. Was six minutes late for an appointment I waited 2 months to get. The receptionist told me I was too late and she’d already canceled it. I would have to wait at least another month for an appointment. I mentioned that this was the first I’d heard about the six minute policy. She said it has always been that way. I’ve been going there since 2011 and never heard that. The doctor is only as good as their support staff. Poor management can ruin a practice. If the waiting room is empty consider it a bad sign. I really liked my Doctor."
