"Had the best experience at Alora Dentistry. Very professional and kind team members. I felt welcomed from walking through the doors till leaving the office. Thank you Alora Dentistry!"
"I can't say enough for the quality of care this office presents. From the front office to the clinicians, they all made me feel cared for and took care of my concerns. Ej especially made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Great place to establish care!"
"I've been going to Alora since they started, even before when it was another dentist Dr. Aylard. During the transition they went from the best to the worst dentists office. I don't know why I stayed with them the whole time. Here's a list of how they messed up: - They prescribed the WRONG prescription! I'm glad I noticed their mistake! EDIT: after I posted this review, I got a call and it turns out to have been the pharmacy's mistake. - They rescheduled my appointment without telling me and essentially gaslit me saying they called and texted but I double checked and they didn't. This also happened multiple times in a row with my brother who promptly switched dentists. - The front desk staff is rude and unaccomodating. unapologetic for their repeated mistakes. EDIT: After seeing this review, they called and I received the first apology I've ever gotten from them. To clarify what I meant by "rude", they weren't smiling and accomodating, and seemed to have an atmosphere of disliking their job/patients. As someone who spent years as a customer service manager, it felt like everyone I interacted with was a new hire. - Another mistake by the front desk is that they were about to charge/provided an estimate for work that wasn't done, I noticed the mistake and had to go back myself to confirm with the dentist and they fixed it. It was a simple miscommunication but again, they didn't apologize or acknowledge the mistake. - Last time I was there, the dentist completely switched up my treatment plan (mouthwash and toothpaste), then when I went recently, they were upset and unsure why the other dentist did that and promptly switched me back. This interfered with my treatment and probably damaged my teeth. I rarely write reviews. But Alora is so bad I had to LIST the multitude of problems. I was used to the kind warmth of the lovely receptionist by Dr. Aylard before Alora took over, and the service from the current front desk can't compare to the excellent experience I had received before the transition. I'm amazed they are still practicing. Do yourself a favor and find someone- anyone- else. EDIT: After this review, Alora called and apologized and offered free whitening paste or rinse. Although the incorrect prescription wasn't their fault, I still stand by the other issues mentioned. The front desk could use some customer service training on how to take accountability for when mistakes happen, and apologize for scheduling errors, conflicting treatment plans, etc."
"I contacted this place thru their website. Which got a pretty fast text message to me to inform me they would be in touch. Next day got another text. I asked 3 questions: how much for the office visit and what did they charge for a root canal? And did they accept Medicare? No, they don't. They would not give me any figures on the other 2 questions. Oh well."
"the most poorly run office I've ever experienced. TWICE we showed up for my daughter's appt (they had even called that day to confirm and switch the time) and the office was locked/empty closed. TWICE. amazingly bad. Also, Dr Mandy is a good dentist but when she was on maternity leave her substitute did a terrible job replacing my veneer- and she wouldn't redo it for free. Constant turn over with staff. All those 5 star reviews seem like bots- anyone who goes there complains about the chaos."
