"Review is from patient Michelle Lernhart WOW, just so impressive. The whole visit kinda left me speechless. First off the building is remarkable almost like a spa feeling everything is super clean and quiet. The front desk went above and beyond to get me in within a couple of days from my phone call. I appreciate that so much as I was dealing with ear pressure for awhile a few months. I did end up going to the ER before so this visit was everything for me. Every person I encountered was thoughtful and listened to me. I can't wear a face mask amd they accommodated without hesitation. Everything was with in reasonable timing aka waiting for services. It was a two step appointment which is fine. I was unavailable to do the hearing test they were completely OK with that. It was just too tight on my ears I didn't want a panic attack. When I came back I met doctor Stefan Zechowy what an amazing soul and down to earth human being a true gentleman so profound. He is a class act and made me feel so relaxed and cared for Stefan answered all my concerns with ease and made me feel important. Dr. Zechowy found out that I had ear wax on my ear causing pressure he removed it for me. I got to watch via TV. I saw everything. It's doctors like him who deserve awards and the upmost respect . Thank you so much. He's definitely my ENT doctor for all future work. Highly recommend this ENT office to anyone with ear nose and throat witch doctor Zechowy checked all body parts even my neck. I can't say enough good things about everyone here God bless you all.."

"Dr AP was a great surgeon she performed a tonsillitis procedure on my daughter. (29) very painful recovery! NOW for the follow up if this office. Zero stars so not recommended!! Need meds?? Good luck called from Thursday to Saturday finally got help from the ON call Dr! This has happened now 3 times! So it’s not just a one time issue! Ridiculous they say they will call you back and literally never call you back ! Get a new staff"

"I'm so thankful for this place. I had sudden hearing loss and pain. I was scheduled for an appointment ONE DAY after they received the referral. I was seen by Dr. Cedars. I can't thank her enough. She was very attentive, felt like she was actually listening. She explained things plainly and made sure I understood. She gave me multiple options for how we can treat it. Very patient with my questions. The office calls you back when you call them. I can't recommend this place enough!"

"So i got here at 9:30. I was told there was a 30 min possible wait to see the doctor. Ok not bad i thought to myself. I'll get in an out by maybe 11-11:30. I can get home and then go to my next appointment by 12:30. Cut to 11:30 I'm still in the waiting room. I asked how many in front of me. They said 1. Then some people walk in check in and then get taken into the back. Which then starts frustrating me. Only to have someone who came in while i was sitting down get called, go do his appointment, come back to tot he bathroom and leave all within me just sitting here with them saying. Don't worry only 1 person in front of you. I had a women come in learn about the 30 min wait and then groan. I looked at her and said at least. And that I've been there since 9:30 and she goes to ask the receptionist who confirms. She then walked out of the waiting room, can't say i blame her. If only i didn't want to wait 8 months for another appointment. US healthcare ladies and gentleman, a for profit monster meant to make the providers and insurances richer. While they don't care of you die."

"I had a very positive experience with MarinHealthENT from the staff to the most amazing doctor - Elizabeth Cedars. It was a scary time with my diagnosis but thanks to Dr. Cedars it's all a distant memory. I cannot say enough about the TALENT of Dr. Cedars, her infinite knowledge, her naturally calm demeanor, endless patience, and most of all, her meticulous medical skill. The office staff was always top notch with me, very responsive. The north bay is lucky to have this practice and ESPECIALLY, Dr. Elizabeth Cedars in our community!"
