"Rooms are outdated, due to them pumping cold air throughout the building even though you have a thermostat in the room it’s not possible to actually heat the room. Front desk told us the best option was to just not run the fan all night. If it was a boutique hotel or a cheaper hotel it may be worth it but for the price and lack of amenities this hotel is not worth its price."

"Overall the stay was average. My biggest complaint is with the beds. The mattress felt deformed, almost as if I was going to roll off the bed. The breakfast and happy hour are both great. The cooks handling the omelette bar have trouble with making fried eggs correctly and there could be more pastry options but all in all good. The location felt safe and had plenty of shops and restaurants near by. I don’t think this is quite worth it for the price but that might just be the standard in the LA Area."

"The embassy suites are always very nice. I really like that their pools are indoors during the winter time. I didn’t like this particular location this time because the chlorine was way too strong I got a massive headache. Breakfast is better than most hotels. Free drink vouchers are a nice gesture. I don’t like that you have to pay for parking but it also keeps riff raff out I guess."

"Room was hot. When I asked for someone to come take a look at the AC, I was told we don’t have an engineer but I can open the window for fresh air since this hotel only has pipes that are pushing hot air. I also explain that sleeper sofa was so worn out that I felt the springs all night. I even asked for extra cushion and was told they didn’t have any cushion but I can go to another room but he could not go walk me because he was by himself. My favorite hotel to stay at is the Embassy. It could be in Florida, Texas, NY and event north California. I stayed in a lot of them and I never, ever had this bad of experience. To make my point this is my first review on the hotel. That’s how Upset I am. Don’t recommend staying here. This is from a life long Hilton Honor traveler."

"Very nice hotel, the rooms seem a little smaller than most Embassy Suites, but still spacious and comfortable. A couple of the outlets didn't work in our room, and in a few spots there was definitely looks of wearing. None the less the beds are comfortable and nice, the sofa bed was ok, it needs some more padding but it is a sofa bed after all. The room's are clean, the bathroom could be more spacious but was clean and well kept. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. I will edit this review after I check out, so I can add my review of breakfast in the morning and how the rest of the night goes. But, so far I would recommend staying. Breakfast was delicious, I had one of the best egg, bacon, sausage and cheese omelette I have ever had. Good selection of breakfast items. Customer service is still outstanding, very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are indoor's. It's great, the pool is also heated, great for a swim during winter."
