"If there was an ability to give them 0 stars, I would. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from Mercedes. Our company runs a fleet of vehicles and we have multiple Mercedes Sprinters, which we will be selling immediately! We had purchased this specific vehicle in 2021 with an extended warranty which covers the vehicle up to 100,000 miles. The van had an engine failure below 100,000 miles and Mercedes refused to cover it. Even though we spent the money on the extended warranty and should have been 100% covered, we offered to cover half the bill. They even refused that! We provided documentation on oil changes and service. We run an entire fleet and have zero issues with our other vehicles. To top it off, this vehicle had issues in 2022 with the engine so it was clearly bad from the start. Mercedes name is not what it use to be and I would not trust them to stand behind their word. Also, good luck getting timely service from them. STEER CLEAR and spend your money with a dealership you can trust. This will be reported to BBB and other actions will be taken to ensure no one else has to go through this."
"I am a former customer of this dealer in 2020 purchased glc 300 was very pleased with my sales rep at that time. He actually treated me as if I was a customer. I have most recently attempted to purchase another vehicle recently and was getting the run around from my sales rep. I continued to follow up with the sale reps and was told due to me wanting specific details on my car it appeared as if I was being picky keep in mind I'm looking to purchase a 70k or so car. So I went up to the dealer in person to try and catch this particular sales rep left my business card. It took him two days to call me and when he did he leaves on my voicemail "wow you look younger then I actually thought you were" :( totally unprofessional) and to let him know if I can come back in another day that particular week. At this point I was so shocked, I involved my husband he then attempted to call the sale rep in middle of my husband questioning his customer service he blind transfers my husband to the sales manager who never returned my husbands call. I then call the sales manager as well and had not yet gotten a response. I do plan to write Mercedes brand direct as this was totally unprofessional and the sales rep's comment was very sexiest. I personally don't believe Mercedes the brand promotes this type of customer service. This dealer at this location definitely could use some diversity and inclusion training. The sales rep has a very sarcastic undertone which made me feel very uncomfortable. I had a similar experience with a completely different sales rep this summer as well. Which leads me to believe this type of service is allowed by this dealership please beware when you are spending your hard earned money you deserve to be treated just like all the other customers"
