"Had a great experience renting ebikes here. Price was good and service excellent. First bike wasn't a great fit I realized after riding about an hour. They were great about letting me come exchange it for a better one. My advice, don't rent the ones with the smaller, fatter tires. The regular looking bikes are much easier to ride."

We're both newish, and they met us where we were at and gave us great advice and great trail recommendations without making us feel dumb, like I've experienced at other bike shops. "Great bike store. Just bought a Kona from them. Okay we rode different sizes and found the perfect size. They have a ton of accessories. Chose the add ons for the Kona, they put it all together and boom, I had a bike. Well another bike. I have alot of bikes, some say it's a problem.
