"Love the ambiance of Ivy moon, and I love shopping local. Prices are pretty expensive but that’s to be expected. Recently I had bought something on student discount. But wasn’t too sure on my purchase because of the material. When I was checking out I asked the return policy and it was stated to be 14 days. After I tried returning it I was told it was final sale/ promotion so it cannot be returned. I received a gift card but I’m still pretty disappointed. When a customer is purchasing something that may have a discount or a sale please tell them it cannot be returned."

"Needed to get an outfit for an event and the girl working was so helpful. She picked out multiple outfits for me and made the whole shopping experience extremely positive and uplifting."

"I’m typically a huge supporter of this store, they have super cute clothes and is women owned. My most recent experience was defeating. I went to return a blazer I had purchased the day before simply because it didn’t match the outfit like I expected. I was unaware that a blazer is considered a jacket and they don’t allow returns on jackets (which I was not told the day before when I purchased). I understand they’re a small business and not everything can be exchanged or returned, I guess I just wish someone would have mentioned at checkout that the purchase was final sale."

"Ivy Moon is hands down my favorite place to shop! It’s a beauty to walk into! Every lady is so inviting and welcoming and makes you feel special! I’ve found such unique and special pieces from this boutique! I love them all! I try my best to stop in weekly...but I just had a baby about 2 months ago so stopping in isn’t as easy! So now I always make sure to support them via online since I can’t be there in person! I highly recommend this place! It’s a gem! ♥️"
