"They literally gave us raw chicken nuggets. When asked they are like, "get a new one". Kids eat these, and they are not gonna check if it's cooked or not. When asked to announce to check if cooked, they are shrugging... This cafe needs to be shut down."

"As far as restaurants at zoos are concerned, this one is still pretty bad. Cold pre-made hamburgers with mislabeled wrappers so I ended up with a veggie burger instead. If only they had other food options at the zoo; just about anything would be better than this."
