"Sarah norris has got to be the rudest nurse ive met there, personally talking to other people about my appointments, telling me shed rather not help me out because I didnt want the type of birth control she was forcing to stay in my body after I was VERY clear to take it out. I ended up doing it at home without any professional help because she denied helping me professionally. Her attitude is completely unprofessional and the way she speaks to her patients is not okay, Sarah norris is one nurse ill never want to see or recommend to anyone."

"The doctors at the facility are the most incompetent medical professionals I have ever met. They do more damage than they do good not only for myself, but many others. There are even my friends that have passed away due to their negligence if you can make it to Medford or Mount Shasta to see medical attention I highly suggest you do so, and avoid this Hospital at all costs. They are good for treating minor things such as the flu or stitches, but anything major they are completely negligent and unable to do properly."

"I can't speak for the rest of the hospital, but the pain management portion/clinic of the hospital is wonderful. I had 2 different procedures done to my neck in the hospital. First time pain free in over a decade. Each time, the team was very nice and comforting. I will continue using the pain management center there and highly recommend them."

"Got here with a sick six year old at 2:30 on a Saturday and there were literally three people waiting. Two and a half hours later we are sitting in the ER waiting room by ourselves. Nobody else has been in the waiting for over a half hour. I think maybe they forgot about us. 2 hours and 45 minutes, still no patients, no nurses, no anyone, just us waiting by ourselves. Do not come here. Drive to Mount Shasta and go to Mercy. I will never come here again."
