"Stopped in today for an oil change (basic) and when I pulled in the 1st attendant was friendly and looked up my vehicle info and asked "do you want the same service as the last time?" and I told him "yes". I then asked him if they could add air to my tires because they were low and he happily said "yah no problem!" When my vehicle was ready I noticed that the tires were not filled, I asked the second attendant who worked on my vehicle that they didn't fill my tires and he said "you had the basic service" and looked at me as if I were asking him for something beyond what should have been a curtesy. He looked at me like I was asking the world, he huffed, rolled his eyes and copped an attitude. During the time he was filling my tires I thanked him and appreciated what he was doing and all I got was attitude, no thank you, no nothing! Bad day or not, keep it at home!"
