"I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Maria at her alteration shop, and I must say it was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Maria was more interested in giving her personal opinions rather than listening to my needs. Whenever I tried to explain what I wanted, she would belittle me and dismiss my ideas, making me feel like my preferences didn’t matter. Not only that, but she had a habit of talking over me whenever I spoke, making it nearly impossible to convey my requirements. Furthermore, Maria seemed incredibly overwhelmed and frazzled during our interaction, which made me question her ability to handle her business effectively. It was evident that she was not focused on providing quality customer service or ensuring customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience with Maria was extremely negative, and I would never consider going back to her alteration shop again. Her lack of professionalism, refusal to listen, and disrespectful demeanor left me feeling frustrated and disheartened."

"This woman explained to me how she wanted to alter the sleeves on my dress and when I told her I wasn’t comfortable with that she agreed not to do anything I didn’t want. Come to find out when I picked up my dress she did it anyway, I left crying. Later I called her and asked if she would just fix my dress to the way it was before and she was extremely unprofessional. She refused to fix my dress and hung up the phone. Perhaps simple alterations are her specialty. Please do not go to this woman with anything special. She will ruin it. She is over confident and rude."
