The gentleman said he thought they might be back and verified that they were. He ordered them so they will be ready for pick up when the account gets cleared up. "This review is specifically for Kenosha Red Wing. Red Wing over all is a fantastic company with great boots! I purchased a pair of boots 7 months ago and the stitching in both the toes came undone i brought my boots into the store and i was told that i was probably using my boots not in the intended way using them as a hammer kicking things and what ever else someone could possibly come up with. Im on my feet all day walking around not poorly using the boots. The guy refused to do anything even though its been less then a year and my boots were falling apart. I ended up contacting Red Wing customer support and they had me mail my boots in to look at them they came to the conclusion that the boots were faulty discontinued due to the issue i was having and they sent me a brand new pair of my choosing i am very satisfied with Red Wing over all and have been a customer for many years will continue to wear Red Wing boots. Not happy with the Kenosha's response with my issue"

"My experience with this store was amazing... the person who helped me was Lynn. She knows her stuff plus educated me on things that I didn't know about redwing boots. Unlike most stores if the laces once u buy them u need to buy new ones that cost. At redwing if u have a pair just go in the store any store really and they will give you a free pair. On top of that if u need your leather oiled up redwing can oil them for free... I know right....I am definitely going to get these bad boys oiled up for winter... so check out this store in kenosha and say hi to Lynn..."
