"This Inn was located close to everything we were needing...great coffee & the beach! Roots House Coffee down the road is amazing & Santa Monica Pier is about 30 minutes away. Rooms were clean & check in/check out was quick & easy. The price was extremely reasonable for the stay. The only thing we found odd was that we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door but upon our return, we found that our room had been serviced whovh wasnt necessary. The wind was blowing though & may have knocked the sign down. We do look forward to staying here again!"

"Boogers or blood on the ceiling, can't tell. Cant smoke in my own car cause I might smell when I get to my room. So I guess shower before you get there? 3 days to get a refund for deposit and the extra night I refused to stay. Hotel staff walked in on us within the first 20 minutes of being here. Probably won't see my deposit and will definitely have to call my bank to get it back even though they made me spray my own room because I might smell like smoke. Found a roach while writting this review. Started looking around found a smashed bug someone else must of found that they forgot to clean. I definitely wont be sleeping tonight. HORRIBLE place please don't stay."

"Customer service is better at the DMV. Eric was very unprofessional and argued with us instead of helping us out. My friend lost their wallet and did not have ID we explained our situation and only when we left did he attempt to call and say again that he could let us stay if she presented an id… what part of lost that ID did he not understand? We lost it that same day without noticing when and where. We were forced to leave the hotel and requested a refund. The most frustrating guy eric the guy behind the counter kept saying you are not getting your money back. Very unprofessional and very rude. Save your money literally go anywhere else your better off than this place."

"It's just a hotel but the best part was the agent who assisted us at check in. Eric was great! He was friendly and assisted us. The room was made available early. It was clean and the bed was comfortable- everything else was in great working order. For it to be so close to the freeway it was not as noisy as I assumed it would be. Would stay here again."
