"I'm a truck driver so it was nice. They had parking in the back For trucks to accommodateight tractor and Taylor with easy n out access. There were plenty of food options within walking distance. I was given a room upstairs near the truck parking which made it very convenient. The only negative side about the room was the refrigerator and my room. It's not working during my stand there is no coffee service in the room. But otherwise My room was fine and I was well rested and ready to go back to work upon my rest."

"I am utterly disgusted and outraged by my recent stay at Rodeway Inn. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but it turned into a nightmare the moment I walked into my room. To my horror, I discovered cockroaches infesting the bed, scurrying around as if they owned the place. The conditions were beyond uninhabitable; they were downright hazardous to one's health. I demand immediate action be taken against this disgraceful establishment. It is not only unacceptable but also legally reprehensible to subject paying customers to such filth and neglect. I refuse to let this slide without repercussions. The management must be held accountable for their gross negligence, and the authorities should intervene to ensure the safety and well-being of future guests. I demand a full refund and compensation for the trauma and inconvenience caused by this appalling experience. Furthermore, I implore health and safety inspectors to conduct a thorough investigation of Rodeway Inn to prevent others from suffering a similar fate. This is not just about a bad hotel stay; it's about justice and basic human decency. I will be reaching out to the state health department as well as the attorney generals office, better business bureau and the California hotels and lodging association! This is not about the money that we spent staying here but the overall disgust, neglect and incompetence of this establishment!"

"All the bad reviews are valid, however, they are actively working on fixing the problems. I spoke with the Regional Manager, and he explained everything, especially the bugs. The manager said they just recently spent an exceptional amount of money (I won’t disclose the number but let’s say you could buy a decent used car with the amount) to clean out the whole place. They’ve also shut down a great number rooms to combat the issues. I was also informed that there is a Taco Truck close by that is the root of the problem because of their uncleanliness. I would call and talk to the service person and ask about any issues prior to reserving. They have a 24 hr cancellation policy."

"It's cheap for a reason. Rooms are decent sized but our lamp didn't even have a light bulb. The front desk offered to replace it. There was no phone in the room either. "Breakfast" was a waffle maker and I think coffee was available too. The girl at front desk was nice. We will not use this hotel again even if it's the cheapest. They held my deposit for no reason so now I'm trying to dispute the charge."
