"Great hotel with a fantastic location. The hot tub was nice, the room was clean, and it was so close to every thing we wanted to do."
"We stayed at a room with two queen beds. The room is just standard, feels a bit outdated. Not very spacious either. The hotel is more like a motel. Our room is on the first floor with the door directly facing the outside. The toilet made a very loud noise every time it was flushed. The breakfast was just ok. Not many options. The overall quality is on the lower end of best western chain. Will likely not come back again unless I have no other choice."
"Checkin was quick and, being midweek, we were given a choice of upstairs or downstairs rooms. Desk staff was very kind and cheerful both at arrival and checkout. Room, bed and bath were all clean and comfortable. I'd read that parking was tight but we had no trouble finding a spot in front of our room. This is a busy area with a fair bit of ambient noise but not enough to affect my sleep. Could here footsteps in the room above but pretty normal. Walking distance to lots of dining and shopping options. My roommate felt the included breakfast was as good or better than at other inns. If the rate seems a littlle high, keep in mind: it's L.A. Very satisfied. I'd stay here again."

"The room was much bigger than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. We stayed in the 2 Queen bed suite room, and the additional living room was perfect. There was a ton of storage which is great for an extended stay. The additional sink in the living room is a great addition. The living room having its own door is also appreciated for those who want to watch tv. The pool area is pretty nice and clean. One of the best features of this hotel is that it has free parking, one of the only hotels in Woodland Hills to do so. Great location too! I wish they had a waffle maker for the breakfast, but the bagels across the street are great!"
