"Location is nice since it’s close to shopping/dining options. However, my room with a King Bed had lots of broken door handles, and a window that doesn’t open so you can’t get any fresh air. Air conditioning doesn’t really get that cold and room felt really stuffy. Also, personal preference here but didn’t like the waterfall style shower since barely any water comes out. No phone inside room to contact front desk either. This was my second time staying here (a year later) and it’s okay. Walls are pretty thin and there was a pretty loud family next door."
"Nicely updated. I really liked the shower and the pool. Also across-the-street is a shopping center w a lot of food options. Cute turtle pond too. Rates decent for the area . Typical stuck up California people on staff everywhere n this area. It is Calabasas after all. If u want high end try the 4 seasons n west lake . This is a 3 star hotel at most actually a 2 Star. It's like a best western at best."
"I stayed in the room 336. Front desk staff was friendly, hotel room was super clean and it smelled brand new. No issue with the room. Parking $15.00 for overnight parking was questionable but okay. When it came to sleeping, the amount of noice was coming from the freeway outside of my window was awful. I've stayed in Motel 6 couple of times in the past but this was by far the most noice hotel room I have ever stayed in. Every 5 or 10 seconds I would hear cars flying past my room. I felt like I was sleeping at a race track or under a highway bridge, unbelievable. My advice is to install sound proof window glass. I couldn't sleep most of the night because of the race track sound coming from outside of the window on the third floor. Here is the beautiful view of the freeway outside of my window."
"Trash. Called because deposit is still pending from over a week ago. Front desk staff (a woman) hung up the phone when I requested a folio receipt showing a $0 balance. When I called back, (a different woman) answered the phone and admitted the other front desk remember was next to her. She claimed to have no idea what happened as she just clocked in. Horrible service from both. Find new front desk staff, quickly!"
"Decent hotel for the price. Updated modern design and comfortable beds. The location is in a nice quiet area. Was a bit out of the way for some of the drives we took but we appreciated that it felt safe and serene. Pool is nice but was too cold for us to use during our stay. The rooms weren’t as clean as they could be. While the linens were clean, the window sills and under the sofa were quite dirty. The tub also looked like it could use a nice scrub. Also, the first night there was no hot water"
