As a cast member, it was very clear to me that our director(s) truly cared about everyone's enjoyment in the production's process. They spend lots of time working with actors of all roles, not just main characters, and they help the cast become an inclusive and fun community. The rehearsal environment is creative and safe, which instills confidence in the actors. The kids, teens, and adults involved in their shows are some of the kindest people I've met, and are unfailingly passionate about creating an amazing show with a sense of belonging for everyone."
