"I just drove 48 minutes for a scheduled MRI. Upon arrival I was told my appointment had been moved 11 days from now. They alleged I was told 2 days before. No emails, no texts, no calls. But accidents happen, I understand that. What is unacceptable, however, is that they did not care at all. No apologies, no concerns, no trying to accommodate me since I just drove for an hour in SoCal Friday traffic to see them. Customer service is not a concept they're familiar with."

"My appointment was at 11am. Came in at 10:25am. Drove over 20 miles to get here. Signed papers and gave associate my Dr's order. I saw other clients go in and out. It was 11:49am, so I asked about my turn to go in. Spencer, the associate, never registered and checked me in. He was not having a good day! How irresponsible. I'm not a person to complain at Dr's offices or centers like this, but this really got me upset. Other than that, the staff was great. The other associate (ladies) and technician were nice and apologized. Thanks ladies, that opology was more than enough."

"Great experience getting my first cat scan! The office is inside the Four Seasons Hotel. You can park in the structure and they'll validate. Walk into the hotel and turn left and go all the way down the hall, then turn left again and look for signs directing you to the clinic. The desk staff was friendly and efficient, and didn't keep me waiting at all. I was lead into a comfortable private waiting room with a nice couch and a TV, where I finished my paperwork and my blood pressure was checked. Patty was super- a real pro with decades of experience, she was gentle and patient with me. She was very professional, and put me at ease, and made sure that I was informed of every step of the procedure, so there were no surprises. The actual imaging was painless, and was all over in just minutes, and she sent me on my way. Oh- don't forget to ask the front desk staff to validate your parking before you go."

"The valet was amazing and validated parking. Easy to find inside Four Seasons Hotel. Slow. Waited awhile to get inside, but courteous staff. Very busy with clients when I came in the morning. Plenty of restrooms, Covid -friendly, must wear mask, directed on where to go for appointment once inside by hotel staff. Overall, great place, good experience. Just wish wait time was less."
