"This is so embarrassing. This place closes at 10, my mother’s Appointment was at 8:50, it is now 9:30, and we are still waiting! I get that this is a small place with limited staff but please! Do better at your time management! It’s appalling that the patients are the ones left to suffer because of this! If you are someone who values your time and doesn’t have a lot of it, do NOT come here."

"All was good. People were nice, and did a good job. Instead of me having to wait, because they were running a little bit behind. They called to inform me, this way I didn't have to wait in their waiting room."

"The women at the front desk and the radiologist were so kind. I called to say I may be 5 minutes late and they said not to worry - there is a ten minute grace period and to drive safe. The room that I was in had relaxing music and soft lights."

"Got in early to do an ultra sound. Didn’t wait anytime at all. Very Nice people from checking in to technician. Very professional on their work. I would not hesitate to use Thousand Oaks MDI again. I drove a distance but it was well worth it. Thank you"

"Beware. I set an appointment for 11:55 and it’s now been over an hour and a half past when I set my appointment and I have yet to be let in. It is not even busy at all! Please go somewhere else. I have missed two appointments. I had a Lunch and another doctors appointment. Update - given that the owner responded to me quickly I am updating my review to 3 stars. That attention to detail really matters to me. I apricate you."
