"Well let's see very impersonal, terrible Wi-Fi no landscaping, spa didn't work, door for bathroom, no signage, a lot of items offered don't exist, a ring from drink, on the counter when first got into room, the soap is useless bring your own soap, the towels, are small and cheap, room was not cleaned after first day. So the good part is the value is good, inexpensive place to stay compared to most."
"Walls were incredibly thin, we got a noise complaint for talking at normal volume at 10:15pm, meanwhile kids were screaming all night and we could hear someone coughing in the room next to us and no one said anything Our room was falsely advertised as having a kitchenette when it didn’t even have a hot plate or stovetop in the room, just a microwave and a fridge The bath and TV both didn’t work, we contacted hotel staff but they didn’t seem to care too much. The location was confusing and hard to find, we had to cut through 2 parking lots to find it and it felt very sketchy. We were booked to stay for a full week but we couldn’t even stay past one night. In short, you’re better off going to any other hotel in the area unless you’re only crashing for a night and don’t give a care about the quality."
"Dropped in to get a room for myself. Price was about $90 plus $100 security deposit. No thanks. No smoking rooms like the one in South Lake Tahoe. This place is awkward to find. I drove into Dennys to get here."
"I don't understand or even know why people are hating on this place. The rooms are better then I excepted and for the price there pretty good and the staff are great too, plus it's not like you're paying for the most money can buy and the location isn't all that bad but the Parking lots can use a bit of a make over but it doesn't smell and it's like you got to understand not everything is going to be perfect or always to your liking"
"I came to this hotel several times. The staff working in this establishment are always ready to help and give advice. I appreciated their help. I recommend them. And thanks for your attention. I left without stress and in a good mood. Good people"
