Motel 6 Auburn, CA

"The hotel is very convenient, being just off of the interstate and across the street from a Starbucks. The room rates are reasonable for this location. But, there were several glaring deficiencies. The handle was missing from the shower control. The toilet leaked audibly. And, there was a general mustiness to the room, even after leaving the window open all night. I will stay there again because of the price and the location, but next time, I'll bring a bottle of Febreeze."

"Friendly staff. Parking area was well lit and felt safe. Room was clean. But the mattress was awful. It felt like air had been pumped in to level 10 so my back was arched upward. I had lower back pain that lasted all 3 days I stayed. Will not be back."

"Room was filthy. Shower had hair and was obviously not cleaned as well as the toilet having stains. Bed linens had stains and front desk staff just handed new linens with no apology or concern. Several people loitering outside. Guest access door was broken so no key card required for entry."

"Found a spider in the bathroom. He was friendly. Put him outside. The room was great. Great shower. All good. There were some barking dogs in the smoking area. Early in the morning. That wasn't to cool. Only for a few minutes. I did enjoy the cooler in the room. Works really well. Enjoy your stay."

"i stayed for a week as I heal from a broken hip and the surgery. I liked the place because I was not charged extra for my dog. the room was basic, but I had tv a microwave and fridge so for me it was perfect at the time. the staff was extremely helpful given my condition."
