"The guy was very rude. My husband died and I just wanted to have a plaque engraved. In so many words, he said he was backed up and wouldn't get it done until next week. But yet he is just sitting there reading a paper. Real busy huh. I went to Tomah Trophy and gifts and they were so nice. Won't ever go to the trophy place again. Avoid it like the plague."
