"Pull out sofa was very uncomfortable. They don't offer everyday housekeeping. Breakfast was the same 3 days in a row. No variety. They don't have rooms with two beds that are completely handicapped accessible. (Walk in shower and hand rails near toilet). Makes it very inconvenient for a caregiver. Internet service was fair. Oh, only mirror is over the sink in bathroom. So you can't see what you look like before leaving. Other than the above, the front desk staff was terrific and the hotel itself is very nice."

"***SAFETY ALERT CAR THEFT AND VANDALISM *** I am a platinum elite member with Marriott and I stay in hotels 4 days every week of the year. This is the first hotel I have been to where safety is an issue for the valuables in your car! I read a review online where someone’s car got broke into at this hotel so I was hesitant but it was from a year ago and the front staff assured me they have security now so things are better. Well, that is not the case. There was a gentleman who I meet that had his gas tank drilled into while he was parked in the parking lot and he was having to have his car repaired, I was concerned at that point because I also had valuables left in my car so I was watching out the window and low and behind at 9:30pm at night a person riding a bike in all black with a hoodie on was looking in car windows and circling the parking lot. So I went and removed the items from my car and at 10pm the “security” showed up. I expressed to the security guard my concerns and he flat out told me he didn’t care and was rude to me and my family. Now based on the other reviews the hotel is going to write me on here and apologize for not having a up to standards visit and that they really care about their customers and their safety. But I will tell you I heard the front staff tell the gentleman that got his gas tank drilled into that “it’s not our responsibility and we are not liable”. The person at the front desk I will say is very friendly thought and did a great job at handling the situation but they are just having to tell the customers what the owners rules are on the building. I am definitely filing a complaint with corporate on this building, as it has the potential to be great but something is lacking on the management side of things. Just to add to the situation I was given a room key to a room and when I walked in, it was already occupied by someone else and their luggage!! Needless to say we will never stay here again and will ensure that social media has a good understanding of what they are getting into when they choose to stay at this property."

"The front desk staff are very nice. Excellent location. Close to airport and can walk to eateries. Close to highway. Low rating is because I accidentally left my prescription glasses in a case in my room when I checked out and hotel never found it. Hard to believe a prescription glass in a hard case left in an obvious location wasn't found."

"As a Gold Elite Bonvoy member I am extremely disappointed in my stay here. I’ve never walked into a hotel that was left uncleaned. The sofa bed still had the sheets and pillows from the previous stay. There were long black hairs all over my bed and room. When I asked for the room to be recleaned they had a housekeeper come and hand me new sheets which was extremely disrespectful. They recleaned the room in front of me and it was almost gross enough for me to leave the hotel all together. Do not stay here."
