"Absolutely disappointed with the staff and manager at this hotel. I was told there will be a call back twice with the situation I am experiencing. And two weeks had been passed. No one called me and no one seems to care the customers. I have called them when I haven’t heard back from them and they told me the same thing. Once they have figured out the situation, they will honor what they say. No one called. Staff is rude and disrespectful. Before I check in. I called twice asking the price, and the front desk told me twice, the price for that night is 130, including tax. When the time I check in, he told me the same thing. And asked my credit card. No mention of any other deposit. I know it’s understandable to pay deposit you should mention how much and provide a receipt. No, nothing. It’s by the time I checkout I know there is deposit and all other taxes adding up to my price. It’s not what he told me: 130, including tax. That’s simply a lie and they don’t even care to solve this issue."

"Found this hotel last minute for a trip we did to San Diego and was so happy to have found it. The location was great, the aesthetic was super cute and the service was impeccable. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful with anything I needed. They were even able to accommodate me for an early check in since our flight got changed and we got there earlier than expected. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future SD trips"

"Cute Rooms, Beautiful Views, Central Location and Wonderful Staff. We stayed in Pali for a 10 day work trip. Ten nights in a hotel can be quite a long time but I felt comfortable throughout my entire stay! The rooftop offers stunning 360° views of DT San Diego, the interior of the hotel matches the charm of the historic building, and the staff is super welcoming and friendly. Especially Yana at the front desk was amazing! Great value for money and the French diner next door gives a lively ambience!"

"This hotel is such great value for money. I stayed here for a conference and LOVED it! Amazing location, the building was renovated so well! They really kept the historical significance while making it updated and trendy. Our room was super cute and the bed was sooooooo comfy! The restaurant on site was also super cute and delicious, great coffee- like i was back in Paris! Not all the bells and whistles in terms of amenities and service but honestly I had everything I needed. Great vibe- would highly recommend."

"The price is very reasonable for a four-star hotel. I love the old-fashioned European interior design. Every detail of the room set up is very thoughtful and user friendly. The bed is so comfortable! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be my top choice when I am back in SD."
