"True it's not all that fancy,but it is one of my favorite spots.I have alot of good memories tied to this hotel.It's a step up from what it used to be.This hotel used to be run down,beat up, bed bugs all of that.They have came a long way for real.Very polite owners.They are always willing,and eager to accommodate customers They do the best they can keeping the rooms clean.I dont agree with their prices.It's pretty pricey for this hotel,4,000 dollars a month.In a very dangerous location.125.00 to 150 on the weekends.the high price dont match the appearance.The owner is very polite if you go to him and ask for towel's.It does'nt matter at all if they're occupied.They will stop to accommodate you.It' s not the the Raddison,Embassy Suite,or the Hilton,but peaceful at times it''s a great place to escape to just chill out..The parking not good.It,s a very small area.I go there often.They also have cameras for security.which is a plus.Yes I would recommend it to some one who need to chill out for a couple days.No one will look for you there.Tv,microwave mini refrigerator"

"One of the rooms (23) in this hotel has bed bugs. We were changed, but both rooms had a dirty floor and ragged blankets. I wish they would change some of the towels. Because judging by their fraying their expiration date has long expired. Special thanks to the administration, which was responsive and immediately responded to our requests."

"Found bed bugs in our room. I had read about the bed bug epidemic happening and had done some research. First thing I did coming into the room was checking the mattress for bed bugs, and I found a nymph hiding on the mattress by the head boards. The front office gave us another room, and while we didn’t find any in the new room I did find half eaten Cheetos between the mattress and bed board. We were too freaked out to sleep there and we left. They did give us a refund at least. I know this is a very serious thing to post but it is unacceptable for any establishment and people need to know so that if they do choose to stay here they are forewarned until they actually take care of the infestation."

"Ok so where do I begin??? 1. The lady at the window is rude. 2. The prices are not that reasonable I rather pay 20 dollars more and go to super 8 motel. 3. I payed $140 for one night plus $10 late check out fee super 8 lets you check out at 1pm if you’re traveling at no extra charge. 4. Rooms are like a scene out of a horror movie. Bullet holes in the wall and curtains were just sheets hanging over the window. I was seriously expecting to see a dead body in the bathroom. 5. Lots of traffic going in and out at all hours of the night. People doing drugs in the parking lot. 6. Did I say the lady is rude ?? Oh yeah Not sure how this place is still in business. If you value your money and customer service don’t stay here, these people don’t deserve to be in business in Barrio Logan. They gotta go. Message to the owner Get it together or leave my neighborhood. Shady business owners are Not Welcome In Logan."

"Nice, large, clean room. Very centrally located between gaslamp, little Italy, and north park (short drive to all). Friendly front desk. Some of the bad reviews on here look fake…Will definitely stay again next time I’m in San Diego!"
