"Expensive costume, cheap material, horrible policy. I bought a $40 dollar costume that is just fabric. The zipper broke, I drove all the way back to the store and they refused me of replacing it. They say that all purchases are final at the register which I understand they don't want someone to wear the costume and then returning it the next day. But I haven't even wore the costume yet and the zipper broke."

"I’m giving 5 stars due to customer service. The young lady who was wearing the beanie at the register right when we walked in today commented and talked to my 5 year old which don’t seem like a big deal, however he has autism and was dressed in a minion jacket and at times when he tries to talk it’s just jibber. She was so nice and polite to him, even held his tabs when he reached out to hold hers. I’m sure she didn’t realize anything at that moment but made a great memory for him. The store is also great, we loved all the decorations and great costume selections. Love this pop up every year"

"I can’t really provide a rating because I could only spend about 2 minutes inside before my 3 year old was too terrified of all the decorations especially the ones by the children’s section. Looked like they had a good selection. Just a warning before you bring your young children to pick out a costume!"
