"The first time I went it took 2.5hrs for them to do my nails I figured it was an off day and i gave them another chance. 2nd time I walked out the girl didn't put acrylic on hlf of my nails then tried grinding my actual nail beds my nails are all different lengths bc she couldn't get them straight and she waited around for a while before even applying the acrylic bc she wanted someone else to do it for her. Didn't get them finished and was still charged full price for a fill that wasn't done right or even half way finished."
