"Boy.......what a mistake to come here. Customer service was poor right at the moment we entered the door. The stylist was so unskilled after I explained in detail how I would like my hair to be cut. It was a terrible experience. On top of that, there's no greeting, nothing. It was the most horrible haircut I've ever received as she wouldn't listen. She shaved too much off when I only wanted a blended tapered fade! I still tipped her but she didn't even say thanks nor give me eye contact. She was a poor listener, easily frustrated, and couldn't follow simple instructions and went full force with the buzzer. She actually said I was being rude. I never thought that telling a stylist how I wanted my own hair to be is considered "rude". Plus, please wipe your nose. You work so physically close to people, that is just unsanitary and unpleasant to look at. Never coming back. No wonder the entire place was empty. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"I got a perm and Molly couldn’t even brush my hair after the curlers were out. I was told throat my perm would last 3 months and it’s not that real curly. I don’t think that she has done perms that much as she had to ask about curtain things. You also need to add perms to your online scheduling!!!"
